Sophie and the gang just beat the neverseen and finally got out of the healing center and decide to celebrate by having a sleepover at Everglen where they decide to play truth or dare along with other games like base quest, but things take a turn when they're playing truth or dare and Biana's turn rolls around.

The book mostly travels between Sophie and Keefe's point of view but will sometime be their friend's point of view too.
