The road to the Olympics wasn't an easy one. It was oftentimes riddled with bitter disappointments and tears. But Rin and Haru made it - together. Now, ten years, two Olympics, and twelve shared gold medals between the two of them later, on the evening before their triumphant homecoming back to the tiny portside town of Iwatobi, the two share one final day - and night - in the city where their dreams first began.

He moved out of his parents house as soon as he turned 18 with the little saved up money he had and bought a tiny hut by the beach as all he wanted was just to be alone in the silence of the crashing waves of brine sloshing against each other and the gentle salty breeze at night. He'd rather spend his afternoon sketching sea creatures and collecting shells that wash up on the shore. After of course, studying for his marine science test, as he's always wanted to be a marine biologist. Cove has always been curious about what's lurking in the dark depths of the deep blue sea and he grows to be even more curious after his an abnormally large acquaintance starts showing up in the waters right in front of his home and staring at him from the deep mass of brine. Will cove become familiar with this curious creature or shy away from it? And what will happen when the large creature stops showing up? Will cove be relieved or will he start to grow worried?
