A marriage signed on paper was never meant to feel real. Rehman has already buried love once - along with the part of himself that believed in it. Hardened by a violent past and haunted by loss, he agrees to a contract marriage for reasons that have nothing to do with emotions and everything to do with necessity. Rules are clear. Boundaries are absolute. Feelings are forbidden. Ulfat, on the other hand, was supposed to have a different future - one built on choice, familiarity, and perhaps love. But a single incident shatters her plans, forcing her into an agreement that ties her life to a man who treats affection like a weakness. Under one roof, between unspoken grief and carefully drawn lines, resentment turns into understanding, silence into companionship, and distance into something far more dangerous. What begins as a temporary arrangement slowly becomes a battle neither of them expected - because the one condition written nowhere in the contract was the hardest to follow: Don't fall in love. A "slow-burn" story about healing, trust, and a love that grows where it was never meant to exist. Disclaimer: I do not own the characters, universe, or original storyline referenced in this work. The characters of Rehman, Ulfat, and others are inspired by the film Dhurandhar, and all rights remain reserved with the original creators and makers. This is a purely fictional, non-commercial fan work created for creative and entertainment purposes only. The plot, events, and character developments in this story are entirely imagined and are not connected to the official narrative.

Gumaan is a gathering of poems, ghazals, shayaris, songs, and fleeting paragraphs - each one opening a door to love, longing, melancholy, pride, and illusion. It moves across languages and cultures, weaving emotions that are tender yet intense, fragile yet timeless. Within its pages, fulfillment and yearning walk side by side, and the sweet ache of incomplete love lingers longer than joy itself.

Some connections are not built through conversations. Some names are never known. Yet somehow, they leave behind a quiet kind of peace. "Jinhe Main Captain Sahab Kehti Hoon" is a collection of poems born from such moments a passing army truck on an ordinary road, a silent prayer whispered to Mahadev, a sudden calm that arrives without explanation. These poems are not about meeting someone. They are about respecting a presence from afar - someone who may never know he was ever written about. Somewhere out there, perhaps under a different sky, someone stands in olive green. And somewhere else, a girl writes poems for the one she simply calls - Captain Sahab 🧿 🪖

A garden of thoughts blooms word a petal unfolding. This book is not merely written-it is felt. Each piece drifts like a whisper from the mind, carrying reflections, emotions, and quiet realizations that shimmer between ink and silence. The author wanders through imagination and truth alike, gathering fragments of wonder, strength, doubt, and discovery, and weaving them into lyrical expressions of the soul.It would take a bit of your brains and your author personality to understand it.

"Ye kahani imagination nahi... ek sachha sapna hai. Ek aisa sapna jisme maine uska chehra nahi dekha, phir bhi dil maanta nahi ki wo bas khwaab tha." 17 saal ki main... aur ek ajeeb sa sapna. Bheed me ek anjaan ladka, safed shirt... aur ek pal ka saath. Na uska chehra yaad hai, na uska naam. Phir bhi dil maanta hi nahi ki wo bas ek khwaab tha. "Kya kabhi koi sapna sach bhi ho sakta hai?"

Bad bakht na keh mere taqdeer ko, Tu raaz e hayaat se ghafil hai. Iss shamaa ki tapish tu ek din mehsus karega, Kyu k shab e taarik k duao ki qudrat maine dekhi hai, Woh kamyabi ka manzar bhi kya khoob hoga, Aye khuda, tere 'Kun Faya Kun' k hukm ka intezar hamesha rahega. Translation: Don't call my destiny(taqdeer) as Unlucky (Bad bakht), You are unaware(ghafil) of the secrets of life(raaz e hyaat). You will one day feel the heat(tapish) of this flame(shamaa- flame of a candle or lamp), Because I have seen the power(qudrat) of Dark night(Shab e taarik) prayers. What a beautiful sight my success will possess, Oh Lord, Awaiting for your command 'Kun Faya Kun'*. *[Kun Fayakun means to 'Be! and it is' when ALLAH (swt) thinks of any thing that he want to create he just says Kun Fayakun and the things come into existance.]

UNKAHI means Unsaid. somethings that are left unsaid because we cannot gather the courage to say them, some are left unsaid so that we don't end up hurting the person standing in front of us and some are simply left unsaid because we did not find the right words to say them. And we fail to find the closure as we are left feeling alone burdened by the weight of things we fail to say out aloud. UNKAHI is a collection of those unsaid words penned down in form of poetries, anecdotes, pieces and short stories; so that when you read them you find a comfort and closure knowing you aren't alone. There is someone, somewhere in some corner of the world that resonates with your feelings. All the works in the chapters are of my own and I take the full credit to those. Do not share them without the proper credit given to the author. Enjoy and keep sharing your views! Constructive criticism is always welcome. I would also love if u have any input towards what other topics I should write on. LOVE LOVE :)
