Luke Lipsky is the son of Drew Theodore P. Lipsky AKA Dr. Drakken and Shego, who had no intention of becoming like his dad and was always forced to do what his father wanted, especially when he had to go to school every day. During his first year at the high school, Luke would run into secret agent and one of the most popular girls in the school, Kim Possible, who, unknown to him, is his father's arch nemesis. During lunch, as Luke would sit alone at a table, Kim and Ron Stoppable, Kim's best friend, would sit down with him and try to get to know him, but Luke barely gave them information as he didn't want to burden them with his father's identity, so he had to come up with the name "Luke Austin" to keep his real name a secret. Luke would end up being their friend as he would work alongside them in missions while being trained by Kim in the spy field, but the question is, will Luke ever feel comfortable with his new friends?

Since Total Drama was behind him, Cody had this secret kept from others being the son of Tony Stark/Iron Man & Emma Frost. Most of the older villains have turned to white collar crime which is global justice's problem. Kim's out of college, working as an ER Trauma doctor during the day, and is fighting what crime she can find at night. Ron visits occasionally for holidays from his dojo in Japan where he and Yori are raising their twins and teaching mixed martial arts to young protégées. Kim stays busy but never forgot shego. Once a week she meets up with Dr. Drakken of all people, Struggling for clues on to what happened to her. Meanwhile, shego is locked away being used as a lab rat for a new villian. One who is as cunning as she is cruel. Soon, Kim and shego's worlds will collide once again, with new and old faces emerging to stop the world from falling into chaos.
