Scott has a secret, there are... three gods constantly causing chaos and only he can see or hear them, normally. but it's fine, they're his family at this point, and he knows they want the best for him. grian is delighted, his favorite (well second favorite) mortal is a dragon rider! why wouldn't he be happy for his darling? though it does make protecting him a bit harder. Jimmy is happy for Scott, of course, but he worries for his lover. Scott is mortal, that means he's in constant danger, even more so now that he's a dragon rider! pearl is joyful as a wolf after a successful hunt! she'll FINALLY get to bash some heads in, at least if everything continues how it seems it will. Kodie Shelby never had it easy growing up her mother died and soon after her father had become an alcoholic and then abandoned her and her 5 annoying siblings.She had four brother who were overprotective Arthur being the oldest followed by Thomas then John and lastly her twin brother Finn who she happened to look nothing alike,they aren't identical so they wasn't going to look alike.Everyone says she looks like John, he was her favourite sibling and aways idolised him.She also has one sister Ada who she would talk to about Boys.Kodie only had a few weeks left before she finishes school then her and Finn would be turning the big eightteen.

The Shelby family were down to very little in numbers. And even then they might as well have been another man down. Since his brush with death, he hadn't been seen anywhere. Not even his boys had seen him. Nor had his sisters. Finn too hadn't been sighted in years. Nobody knew where he had gone to, where he had been sent. Yet Francis still searched.
