Life as an ex-army doctor and a consulting detective isn't conventional, to begin with, but add a drifting, slightly obscure teenage girl, the ex-ward of Mycroft Holmes to boot, and things definitely get interesting. When Sage finds herself on her own for two years, she realizes it's time to face real life and make decisions she was putting off for years. While she struggles with her newfound independence and maintaining the few personal relationships she has, it soon becomes clear she's not exactly safe. In fact, she's in a very vulnerable position and must learn to navigate the complexities of Sherlock's world without him or John to guide her.

Sherlock Watson-Holmes never saw himself as the "father" type, but he was fully capable of becoming one. John Watson-Holmes loved children, but always too scared to bring up the thought to Sherlock. After an accident comes back from Sherlock's past to haunt him, he wonders if fatherhood is something he could try without running away from it so quickly. But learning from one mistake wasn't enough for the detective as he goes searching for the mistake he made years ago, going by the question if two wrongs could ever make a right. Set after The Abominable Bride, this in character short story shows John and Sherlock are dangerously pushed to their limits, and ultimately discover their love for each other along the way.

Sherlock needs to marry John for a case, in fact it's absolutely essential he says. John, being the good man that he is agrees, knowing perhaps that Sherlock may have other reasons (which he is not willing to share). Short scene to begin, may develop into a longer story. Cute Johnlock beginnings :)

This is a tickle fanfic based on characters from different shows that I love, that is intended to be cute and intimate, no inappropriate content included, and follows the dynamic of the original characters (to an extent).
