This is a smut one shot. Sherlock and John are in a secret relationship. After a small row, Sherlock decides to surprise John with a gift. But the events that followed that evening weren't exactly what he planned. Not that he was complaining... There's quite a junk of plot before the actual smut so... you've been warned.
