The third Holmes brother, Sherrinford Holmes, meets other brother's best friend John Watson. Sherlock and Mycroft attend. Please note that in actuality, Sherrinford is the eldest, but in this story he is the youngest.

Mycroft is not happy: growing up with Sherlock and Eurus is definitely tedious and brings its fair share of issues. When Eurus does the most dreadful thing, even Mycroft can't keep it together. Will the roles reverse and make Mycroft wish he was never the older brother PS: I obviously don't own Sherlock BBC...I wish. (I've edited a couple of errors since I first wrote this what feels like an age ago, so I hope it reads a bit better. Apologies.)

Mycroft Holmes is - what his brother calls him - basically the British Government. In everyone's eyes he is - Moriarty's words - the ice man. But is he really? Years ago, he fell in love with someone. They even got married but of course everything comes to an end. His partner dies. Years later, he meets someone with similar features. Is it the same person or is it someone new? She smiled at me warmly. If people say I'm as cold as an ice then she's the only one that can melt me with that smile of hers.

"Who is she?" "Sherlock, it's best that you don't know." "What are you going to do to her?" "She's going to help us, the government." "With what?" "I'm not at liberty to say." For thirteen years she's been locked up in an institution. Being trained and educated for a single purpose. To defend. But what happens when she escapes without finishing her training? What happens when she discovers her extraordinary talents? Will she use them defend? Or will she use them to attack? Hopefully there will be regular updates...

Most of people think that Sherlock is the one making lots of trouble, but he did nothing comparing to my actions. They don't know me, they think Violet and Siger Holmes have only two children. They are wrong. There is also me, Sherrinford. The Third Holmes, the youngest.

What will happen when Sherlock was brought to a lower point? And he's not actually that smart? Introducing 2 new characters, Lilian Elizabeth Holmes and Sherrinford Holmes, who were clearly sharper than him. But, who are they to him? ~*~ I'm warning you, this fanfic is really about Sherlock and people around him. There won't be much case included, but I will try my best to provide you with a little spice of mystery. If you are a JohnLock shipper, then you came to the right place. Since I ended the first book kinda shitty, I decided to write up an extended ending. It will most likely be more of a short story, but yeah. Enjoy! :) It starts up right after the events of the first book.

Ruth Laurie has known Sherlock Holmes for a very long time, though Sherlock would rather forget about the school years spent together... and has, till she's transferred to Scotland Yards forensic team. It's not long till she's wormed her way back into the Holmes family life again, to find they're not the family she left seventeen years before to go Uni in the states, and the change is thanks to a man named John Watson. Not knowing they've have had better times, as it's only weeks after Sherlock's come back from the dead, Ruth wants to know John's secret to attaining the title of friend, and vows not to give up till Sherlock can call her one too. However she soon finds their relationship is not what it once was and Sherlock still likes to keep his secrets... secrets that she lived through with the Holmes family. Secrets that are now threatening her life and won't be secrets much longer. --- Author's Note: I have been writing this on Fanfiction.net, but just decided to post it on here as well. There use to be a 'casting' area and I guess it's not there anymore (it's been like a year since I've been on here), so I'm just going to tell you. Sherrinford Holmes never thought someone would love him, and he never imagined he was capable of sentiment either.
