When Kazumi is freed from the pirate crew she has been part of her whole life, she is confused and slightly scared. But of course, when Luffy finds something he wants - he has to have it. She joins his crew (thanks to the persuasive skills of Luffy) and didn't expect to find such a thing such as friends or even...love. Zoro is the one who has caught her eye. But is it the same for Zoro as he always goes in the wrong direction he's supposed to? Can these two samurai find comfort in one another? (I know Zoro isn't a samurai, he's a swordsman, but I thought Samurai sounded better for the title :P)

She was one of Caesar Clown's experiments, only instead of creating another artificial Zoan fruit, the goal of this experiment was to create a Zoan who can also use paramecia powers. They first gave her a paramecia devil fruit called the Blood-Blood fruit. After that, a number of surgeries were performed on her, giving her large bird wings. The combination of these two powers made her known as the Cardinal.

Princess Kurama was an ordinary princess. She loved her kingdom very much and she also loved her sword collection. Everyday, she would train with her swords and she never let go of them. But because of her parent's fear of killing herself, she was locked in her room and locked her sword closet. And this frustrated the princess so much that she ran away. The first attempt was a failure. The second was a success. She traveled to Hotaru Island with her two swords, Nidai Kitetsu and Asa. There, she trained at a swords academy. She was just a 9 year old surrounded by boys. The only girl at the sword academy. She was an exceptional student and no one could win against her. Many years have passed since her disappearance from the kingdom. She's now a 33 year old and is the best swordswoman at the academy, on Hotaru Island, and probably in the whole Grand Line. No longer did she consider herself a princess, but the best swordswoman who can take down anybody, swordsman or not. But there was one person that exceeded her own strength with the famous black blade, Yoru, and decided to take her into his own training. His name? Dracule Mihawk, a Shichibukai and the world's greatest swordsman. I don't own One Piece, that's an obvious statement. Just clarifying it. Hope you enjoy the story ^^
