Octavia Braus never wanted to be a soldier. But in the year 845, when the Colossal Titan appeared, she had no choice but to fight back. Taking the ODM gear off of a nearby dead soldier, she desperately fought to protect herself against the titan hordes. When the smoke cleared, standing amongst the carnage, she was immediately arrested by the Military Police for unauthorized use of military gear. And so, at just 17 years of age, she found herself with two choices: execution for committing a capital offense or enlisting and using her innate talents for the good of humanity. (PLEASE NOTE: This story takes place in the AOT universe. Characters have been slightly aged up, in this story the enlistment age starts at 17. This follows the main plot of AOT, but towards the end the conflict with Marley changes, mostly so I can keep my favorite characters alive. Thanks for reading!)

In honour of AOT season 4 part 2 I made this book. _________________________________ You lived in Shiganshina most of you life. But, your parents abandoned you, your house was burnt down and your family is wanted by debt collectors. As a 6 year old child you had no choice but to leave Shiganshina and move to wall Rose where you worked until you met a boy who desperately wanted revenge. Infatuated with the boy you sneak into the training camp where he went and spent nights with him.

Emily Ross is a 19 year old, attending Shiganshina District University. Eren Jaeger, a 20 year old, who only keeps people close to him. He doesnt let others get close to him due to his trust and attachment issues Eren and Emily slowly warm up to each other. They both agree to not let their feelings get in the way of their friendship. But when eren catches feelings first, how does Emily feel? Will she reciprocate those feelings or turn him away?

Shiganshina is an imitation of itself. With the streets scrubbed of blood and the buildings reconfigured into a "more suitable" modern design, its reconstruction feels more like an erasure of its history. Armin's eidetic memory picks at the details: the houses flanking the entrance are a story shorter, the road is paved a darker shade of grey, and the map on the wall nearest him is an unfamiliar spider web of infrastructure. He walks through the roads, tracing the steps of ghosts with each step. He's a wisp of a person following vague muscle memory through mostly empty streets. He runs his fingers along the walls of buildings and closes his eyes, allowing himself to be taken back to a time that nostalgia paints in simple, broad strokes. His biggest threats used to be school yard bullies. How many of the people who tormented him for so long made it through the first breach? How many people who he caught glimpses of on the street died meters away from where he stands?
