The Armed Detective Agency and the heroes have formed a ceasefire with the Port Mafia, but crime has risen by an alarming rate, and a power vacuum has been formed Now Izuku and all of Class 1A must reach the next level and acquire their provisional hero licenses and ready for what's to come. And even the former tries to prove himself worthy of One for All to All Might's former sidekick But deep within the shadows, a previous adversary has resurfaced wanting revenge on Izuku for taking something from him... or someone. And now, they have allied with someone even more sinister and dangerous as All for One and smart as Dazai. And in the middle of it, Kenshi Jotaro feels a bigger connection about his family.
