basing this off of my autism, and as you probably know it's a spectrum so it may not align to yours. this is also only my second story; so please be gentle. no lemons for now, may change in the future. Also story picks up when you meet shigaraki, before it's just set up of the characters and getting to that point. I'm not very good at writing introductions so fisrts few chapters might suck.

A girl that has a quirk of being able to work miracles by healing people. Her quirk could save millions but she chooses not to take advantage. The reason is everything time she reflects her quirk on to another to heal them. She sees the hurt of the other person. The physical battles and the mental battles even. The mental stuff in the other persons head really sticks with her. It latches to her brain and haunts her. She is now put into a very horrific situation which she is forced to go through with using her quirk against her will. Even while going through this nightmare bonds build with the cruel villains.
