Kenji had a error in his birth so his original parent send him up for adoption after he was born. When he was 5 shiggy and Dabi adopted him. Later when he was 8 they adopted Shou. (Shou was 11) shou parents died when he was born so his grandparents took care of him t'ill they died. Kenji parents abandoned him/sent him for adoption once they found out their an error. He was 4 , and soon later died in a car accident a week after using him up for adopt. His parents tired other ways of getting rid of him that weren't that harsh but still caused him to have separation anxiety.
