This fanfiction exists after the third great ninja war, except theres no further conflict. The events of boruto hasnt happened and it isnt completely aligned with the Naruto story line. Theres no romatic relationship between Temari and Shikamaru. Shikamaru Nara is nihilistic, broody, and smart-assed. He begins every day with exact calculation, he runs through a daily check list making sure nothing is out of place. He brushes his teeth strategically, making sure he brushes each one the same number of times. He brushes his hair back, catching every stray before carefully tying it up. Everything about his life has been planned, its calm, quiet and content. He plays every day like a game of chess, making as little moves as possible to finish out the game. All that changes however, when a girl shows up at the gates of the village. ALL CREDIT TO THE ARTISTS WHO MADE THE COVER PHOTO AND IMAGES WITHIN CHAPTERD- i found them on pinterst so i dont know how to properly credit them.

What if Sakura was switched out with a girl from the real world that has watched Naruto before. What if that girl really wants to punch Itachi in the face but then give him a hug. What if she wants to stop Sasuke from taking his revenge on Itachi. What if she had something very dangerous sealed inside of her. What if all this leads back to an experiment gone wrong from the snake devil himself. Shikamaru

She grabbed hold if his hand on their way out. "Why?" he asked as he tried to remove himself from her death grip. "It's dark and scary for a little, vulnerable girl like me." she answered, teasingly. "Little and vulnerable my foot!" Young Nella Gard died in an unfortunate accident. In a surprising turn of events, she got reborn. Not that thing where you just get reincarnated as a person. She got reincarnated as an IMPORTANT person, depending on how you looked at it. She was reborn as Sakura Haruno, one of the main cast of Naruto.

Yuki Nara, Shikamaru's twin sister who is younger, is different than any other girl in the academy. She doesn't fan-girl like others over anyone. She's more of a down to earth girl, a girl who loves and cares for nature every much. Anything you can name related to nature, flowers, animals, trees, you name it. She loves with all her heart. Having that little obsession of hers, has gave her a reason to be teased by the girls. They think she's a nature obsessed freak, nothing more. Her older twin, Shikamaru, is always there to protect her which she is glad for. But of course, that would have to change if they were placed on different teams. Yuki is placed on team 8 with Kiba, Shino, and Hinata. There sensei being Kurenai. Without her brother, could she really live up to being an independent girl?
