Mayura Amawaka is a kind girl, she is currently 15 and single. She is a student in Narukami Junior High, she is the president of the student council, and planning to have a happy normal, life. She was born on Febuary 14th, Her parents are Seigen Amawaka, and Yukari Otomi; her parent are currently divorced in the Anime and Manga, however, in this story they never did divorce and is living as a lovely happy couple. Her Mother Yukari Otomi is a scientist meanwhile her Father Amawaka Seigen is a well known Exorcist in both Mainland and Tsumikado Island. Here, Mayura is also a well known exorcist in the mainland because of the large amount of "spell power" she held ever since she was born. Shimon Ikaruga, 18years old, single. He Studies at Narukami Junior High. He is a cold hearted guy in the outside but a soft and loving guy in the inside; he is a student of Seigen Amawaka. He was told by Arima Tsumikado the Head Exorcist, to go on a mission to take Mayura safely to Tsumikado Island on her Birthday. He is also one of the strongest Exorcists like his mentor. He is taken by his foster father; Hoji Ikaruga, when his parents died an early death when he was still at the age of 8. He has 2 Foster siblings, Keiji Ikaruga, and Sayo Ikaruga. While fulfiling his mission with Arima, he is also assigned to protect and watch over the Twin Stars. Shimon Ikaruga; a 10 year old kid who moved to Tokyo for 8 years for proper education, he started to live in his father's friend who happens to be a Martial Master and one of the 12 houses that are known as the upper-ranked of techniques, wisdom, and most of all Martial arts. They are beyond compare to normal Martial Artists. As one of the 12 houses, Shimon trained himself and save his house's reputation for holding the title of "Suzaku"; The Crimson Phoenix of Martial Arts. He left his house for 8 years, not only for his boost for his knowledge but also to get stronger and surpass his mentor. Seigen Amawaka who happens to be Shimon's mentor acknowledge his strength for moving forward. Along the way on Shimon's path, a girl suddenly entered his life and changed him. Little by little he fell for her. Her small yet gentle smile, her soft touched of her skin, her caring for others' life more than her own are enough for Shimon to love her so dearly. Mayura Amawaka; the daughter of Seigen Amawaka is a kind and caring young lady who loves her parents and would do anything for them. A young fuschia-haired guy suddenly entered her life when she was just a child. Even though they didn't talk much to each other, Mayura always find a way to stir in Shimon's actions and make it as her key to talk to him. After all the years they've been together, they started to find new things and enjoyed each others' company until the day they're in highschool. Something they found along the way that change their relation to each other. But could it be? Is it hatred? Or love?

Two young exorcists are running on a path for the same reason; to avenge their family. Otomi Mayura,17 years old, is training under cool, red headed Ikaruga Shimon. The bond between teacher and pupil deepens as the story continues. Will they be united by fate or will they be separated by the dangers lurking on their path?
