Yachi is a 1st year at Karasuno high when she get's asked but her upper class man Kiyoko to bet her manager in trying for the boys volleyball club. Kiyoko is a quite traditional reserved girl giving contrast between her and Yachi due to Yachi's bubbly bright personality. Will Yachi always be in denial about her feelings for Kiyoko or will she learn to face them directly.
