what if Izuku was never given one for all? What if he tries something and everything changes, for the better or worse? Izuku is a quirkless boy dealing with the monsters in his head, as well as the monsters in the real world. 'Just pray that you'll be born with a quirk in your next life, and take a swan dive off the roof of the building' That sentence haunts Izuku ever since it was said. The voice echos in his mind like a weapon he created solely for the purpose of torturing himself. He decides to take the advice. He plans to end it all leaving a note for his mother and Bakugou. Bakugou, who was just trying to keep izuku safe, ends up being the main reason he takes his own life. Some because they think they will go to hell, some who fear it solely because they are scared it will hurt, and others because they think it is solely darkness. People are scared of darkness. The kind of darkness that surrounds you, swallowing you whole. The darkness that isolates you, leaving you with only your own thoughts, but no one actually knows exactly what darkness is. Is it the lack of light? A pit of nothingness that engulfs you in a spiral of your own thoughts? If thats true, I would be terrified. My thoughts are dark. Darker than the things you say to me, but in all destruction, there is a new beginning, and I think that's beautiful. That's not what I think. I think darkness is not knowing. It's not remembering. You try and think of were you are, what you're doing, why you're doing it, but you just can't. Our minds are full of darkness. Our worst memories, plunged into that pit of nothingness that that is your unconscious. Lost, locked away, forever forgotten. -------------------------------------------------------

This is a vigilante Deku, Dadzawa/Dadmic, brother Shinso, Sugar Daddy, ignored Deku, and other AU's stories. In this story, Shinso and Izuku are brothers and both Aizawa and Mic pay more attention to Shinso. He feels bad for his brother since he knows he feels left out. Izuku doesn't hold a grudge against his twin since he knows that he doesn't even want the attention. Inko left after Izuku and Shinso were born. Bakugou and Deku don't know each other and Kaminari is Deku's childhood friend. All three of them are good friends and Kaminari knows what Izuku is going through.
