But as the years went by, those supposedly supportive family couldn’t be bothered to put in the effort and slowly drifted out of the picture leave Darcy and her mother to deal with him. Secretly Darcy’s mother sends off a application to Britt’s school. Luck strikes as Darcy is accepted on a scholarship. Sending Darcy off to a better life. But in real life nothing ever goes smoothly. This story is kind of a spin-off of Alice in Wonderland. I was listening to a song and started thinking, and when I get a good idea I can't just let it die like that, so I'm going to do this off and on as I feel I've got the correct inspiration for it. It'll be a bit of a dark story, but that's expected with Alice in Wonderland.

I yelled. Goddamnit Nathan. How dare you do this to me. "I didn't know I was supposed to!" He fired back at me. If we don't stop right now, the neighbors are gonna call the police and we're gonna wake Jackson up. As I ran my hands through my hair, I began pacing the living room, trying to calm myself. "Bab-" "No! Just- shut up. Don't say anything." I glared at him, he doesn't get to make this choice for me. He didn't even talk to me about it. I stopped pacing and went to the bedroom to fetch my phone and pack a small bag for me and Jackson. He followed. Of course he did. As I put clothes and my phone charger in my bag, I call my best friend. "Anna, I need to come over for a few... Okay. I'll be over in a few. Thanks. Love you." I hung up and finished packing both bags. "Woah, wait," he said.
