"There is something wrong with the gang leader of Taisyakuten"-Shiniciro Shiniciro Sano a gang leader of Black Dragon. At a young age of 14 years old he create a gang with a goal to find his childhood friend. But up till 18 years old he still fail to find him,until a new gang was build and was said a criminal organisation. In order to make sure his gang did not fall down becouse of them he try to be friend the new gang. They call them self 'Taisyakuten'. Since they is a crminal organisation Shiniciro try to ask for they help to find his childhood friend but why does the leader act like his childhood friend. When he was 7 years old they meet at the grave yard. Shiniciro is greving for his parent death but than this unknown kid give his hand to him. But he act pretty weird still it didnt bother Shiniciro.
