Being close to someone is so dangerous. Yet it happened, and the boy who'd normally had all the control by the answer of a question, for once, had no control.

His parents neglected him for most of his life. He quickly got sent off to an orphanage where he got adopted by two men, Aizawa and Present Mic, who take care of him. He recently moved into class 2-A of UA Neito Monoma, Unknown family, got bullied and put down as a kid due to having a 'useless' or 'villainous ' quirk... Boy did he show them. Brother to serial killer Himiko Toga. He works along side the LOV. He is most known for theft. He is very sly and cocky and hasnt been caught.
