Now down to just one wish, tensions flare. Naruto dreams of using it to become Hokage, Sakura wishes for Sasuke's affection, and chaos erupts as other teams-including Ino-Shika-Cho and Team Guy-join the chase to claim the final wish. Amid the madness, Hinata tries to end the fighting by destroying the bottle, but is stopped by Shikamaru, who suggests a more peaceful solution. As the Genie returns to hear their final wish, disaster strikes: Kiba accidentally blurts out a joke wish-for Naruto to be turned into a permanently two-year-old girl. The Genie, bound to fulfill whatever wish is spoken... grants it. Cue utter confusion and hilarity as everyone deals with toddler-Naruko.
