Demons: monstrous, immortal, supernatural, ancient and malevolent beings. Generally all demons inherently possess the murderous instinct to kill and devour humans. However, there is one particular demon who stands exceptionally unique from many others. He doesn't feed on humans nor does he possess the inherent murderous intent to kill, however you aggravate him at your own peril. Many members of the Demon Slayers Corps who encounter and subsequently anger him, are often left in a temporary comatose state. They find themselves mumbling a single word, "Marshadow".
