What happens when Shinsou slowly loses his insanity while at UA, that's when the league of villains and their man on the inside approach him. What will happen? Will Shinsou abandon his dream for villainy or will he cope with the never ending accusations and bullying.

Denki Kaminari is the official class clown and idiot of 1-A. Everyone knows this and even the blond accepts it, however what if there was more to his antics than what he let on?
