Shinso is in love with Kaminari, a loud yellow haired blonde boy. He hasn't told anyone about the disease besides his closest friends and his sister. Until one by one his family and his crush start finding out. He refuses to get the surgery to fix it. But when the disease gets worse will he get the surgery to save himself or die over one boy?
