Shiori Novella, Archiver of Hololive Advent, visits a Novelite in the hospital, and, takes it upon herself to cheer them up. This is a pair of stories, with different endings. In "Humanity", it diverges at "Two days later"; in "Novelite", it diverges at "As the door closes". This was done as part of creating a Christmas storybook for our favorite Archiver, Shiori Novella. A 16-year-old Boy who grew up in the slums after being abandoned finds himself getting adopted by the CEO of a sketchy engineering company. The company gave him an opportunity to study at a university and graduate with an engineering degree, but in exchange, he will forever work for their company. He didn't hesitate to accept the offer because of his passion for technology and the fact that he could finally escape the horror of where he grew up. Though he never had a chance to attend school back then, the boy learned to be literate and knowledgeable. The CEO managed to make a great background for the Boy and sneak him into senior high school. And there will begin a strange bond between a cute, nerdy, socially awkward goth girl and a Boy who wants to escape the slum life. And thise is the true friendship will begin when the Boy decides to greet the nerdy, socially awkward goth girl on their first day of school. And spends his time with her. (This is no romance here only wholesome progression of two people befriending each other and being very good friends. And the only thing that the author knows is, Can I fix her?)

Shiori is on the hunt for a new Novelite helper, and brings you to her. What will happen next? How will you change? What experiences will you have? This is a story where each chapter is a new prompt response, starting from the very first. I tried to format it like snippets of memory. Most of the chapters are pretty short, just as a heads up. The prompt itself will be separated from my response by "~". POV switches will be shown with "-".
