The population of Academy City are 80% Students and the other 20% Adults. The reason behind this is because they are developing an esper with a very powerful abilities. In Academy City there's a system to categories the esper by their level. The Theory of Magic || Behind_The_Dark_Side. July 10th. Ishiki Kōrihi, one of the most powerful Level 4s, is searching for an answer to the mysterious murders that have occurred in Academy City. This story is a prequel of sorts to "A Rare Day Off" (Currently only on AOX3) and can be read as a stand alone story. This story has minor spoilers for the main story. This is set in the RailDex universe and focuses mostly in Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko. Fair warning, it deals with serious issues like Domestic Violence.

This book contains a translated version of the leak of what's currently known from the Quick and Answer portion of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun - Misaka Mikoto Maniax artbook, containing the sent questions by fans and answered by "Mikoto" herself.

This is a story about Misaka Mikoto and Kamijou Touma, and how their paths are interlinked. With a Level 5 and a Level 0, its no wonder the stars are so terribly crossed. Academy City is a place for espers with various powers to nurture and grow with the aid of the stupendous curriculum. With a teleporter, a thermo hand and even an imagine breaker as friends, its no wonder life as the third ranked level 5, "The Railgun", is so hard for poor Mikoto-chan! Well, at least she has Touma. After 3 months that Mikoto had died, Touma's life didn't change, as if Mikoto is still alive, for him, Mikoto is his lucky charm, wherever they are, far or not, Touma is still lucky because of her, though the time where she left him, broke his heart to pieces. But what was that? the time that Misaki Shokuhou confessed to him and saw Spectre is also the time where a girl that is like Mikoto passed by at the same place, Is she also a clone of Mikoto? Or is it her? Will he able to talk to her? Or to Mikoto's friends? Or Is it Spectre? and What is Mitsuki Unabara's relationship with Mikoto? Let's see...

Kuroko, who is the prettiest girl in the show (My opinion), has terrible character traits. So, what if, for one story she stopped being addicted to Misaka, and finds a boy to love. Sorry, I'm bad at summaries (lol).
