Kai Futaba, a 3rd year high school student in a prestigious school, is a big fan of romance mangas, and is on a mission to help his friend, Tama Konda, get close with one of the members of a well-known idol band named Pastel*Palettes. As they proceeded to watch from the sidelines, a coincidental encounter occured, which might change their entire goal together.

Follow the story of Takeichi Ishihara, an apathetic student of Hanasakigawa highschool, studying with the diligent and hard working Sayo Hikawa. How will these two interact with opposing personality?
