Continuing this story here because I got a new account, I might become more active and I am sorry for everything. For new readers: I am writing my own slice of life story of them outside of the timeline, how they act together and what happens when trials triggers main events such as sudden trips away from each other. I have loved fantasy and romance in literature and media for awhile, so when I found this anime I was in love. However, I was disappointed by the manga and how they took the story and how much it started to feel like a chore to read. However, I have watched this anime countless times and have been accumulating all of the ideas of what a better ending/continuation of this story could be so I have decided to take it upon myself to write a fan-fiction that has a better storyline than the manga and a conclusive ending. If you are like me in hating how the manga turned out, see a different take on it in Like Akagami no Shirayukihime, but BETTER. AS OF THE MOMENT, this isn't smut. However, if it takes a turn there (which this one probably won't) I will update the maturity rating. This story starts a few years after the anime ending. I will include some elements of the manga, but I won't be referencing it at all as to not plagiarize. This will be my first fan-fiction so please go easy on me. Thanks! It's been 2 years since Zen and Shirayuki had joined in marriage. And one day, when Zen went to go check on a fort, which was under his jurisdiction, Shirayuki falls ill and collapses while she was doing herbalist work she had volunteered to do. Ryuu, worried for his ex-colleague's health, summons the chief herbalist, Garak. After she and Yatsufutsa carefully examine Shirayuki, they make a shocking diagnosis that will change Zen and Shirayuki's life forever. P.S. Please don't crap on me if some names aren't exactly right. (LOL)

Before reading the story I recommend watching Akagami no Shirayuki-hime/Snow white with the red hair. Fanfiction also includes OC. Kiki has been feeling sick lately. She is fainting all the time. What's wrong? But not only that, Shirayuki was invited to Tanbarun and Izana isn't allowing Zen to go with her. Izana also invites a group of herbalists to their castle and something unexpected happens to Obi and maybe even King Izana. What will happen next? More trouble?
