Naruko Uzumaki left Konoha and went to find her father's family who is known as the Heartfilia with Kakashi. Only to find out meeting Lucy Heartfilia who is her cousin from her dad's side but notice that Itachi along with Sasuke's parents are alive which is very confusing at her end. But notice a girl with purple marks she recongized her from her sensei Kakashi who was stunned seeing his old teammate. Then encountered Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju who had explain to her as she was stunned hearing this. Then Nidaime yelled at someone who's name is Izuna who turn out to be Madara's younger brother but he is uncanny to Sasuke. Then she spotted her parents alive she is confused as hell. But for Naruko she wasn't sure how to explain this to Sasuke to know that his clan is alive or her obaa-chan Tsunade.
