Three idiots are the reason you've crashed on an island, and as soon as you have the means to go home, they try to make you stay. Despite yourself, you can't help but build a positive relationship with these three. They think you're a genius, you think they're just idiots. An interpretation of Splatoon Raiders. I'm not novelizing the game or going level by level or anything, but I did gain a greater appreciation for Deep Cut as characters via this game and want to explore that. I also think the mechanic has potential to be a fun character. This isn't really a reader fic so much as it is a second person fic, but it can really be interpreted either way. It will MAYBE be an indulgent fic, but I want to respect the characters and keep it grounded as well. We'll see, pretty much. :smile: Very much just a draft and work-in-progress right now. Y/N was just a pilot with a particular set of skills: engineering, tinkering, and of course, fighting in Turf Wars and doing shifts at Grizzco Industries. Everything changes when he is hired by none other than idol group and iconic Splatlands trio Deep Cut to fly them to the mysterious Spirhalite Islands. Having recently emerged after a sudden shift in the tectonic plates off the coast of Inkadia and the Splatlands, the islands are said to be home to mysteries, treasure, and possibly dangers beyond comprehension. Yet when fate causes Deep Cut and Y/N to crash onto the Spirhalite Islands, they have to work together to not only survive, but thrive on the cryptic archipelago. The ultimate question for Y/N is whether his body or his mind will survive when dealing with the unusual trio he has found himself stranded with.

Part 4 (Splatoon 3): A young Octoling named Paella Kani finds herself at odds, after heading to the Splatlands, she soon finds there's more chaos there than she bargained for. When she finds Alterna, she realizes that Octarians might not be the biggest threat to the world Part 5 (Side Order): Eight wakes up in a place that's completely blank, joined by a drone that seems familiar, Leon who's chaotic attitude shines on, and a new friend that's been sanitized, he goes to rescure his fellow Octoling Marina, and soon realizes that chaos might be needed to help her. Inspired by Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus, Lily, Blair and Evan are ocs I made and their inclusions in this story. Lily is a lovely girl who likes to ice skate, she becomes friends with Annika and ends up joining with her on her journey. Blair is Lily's older sister, years ago when Wenlock tried to get to Lily, Blair protected her and instead got turned into a pegasus, but she was still supportive of her sister from the skies. Evan is Aidan's friend who tags along with the journey and is also Lily's love interest.
