a boy is found in a ditch on a stormy night by a girl; he had cuts and bruises all over his body with blood rushing down his face. he had a big gash in his head. he was half unconscious when he was found, and yet he had hardly any brain damage. he refused to speak to everyone but the girl who saved his life. they all thought he had brain damage. he was even put into speech therapy. the two grow a bond that wasn't expected; they were inseparable after the incident. the girl tries to find who did this too the boy while the boy hides the truth behind what had happened and where he came from. You might be asking, hey Random, what's the difference between this reader insert and your other one? And I would tell ya, two things. 1. This is a more Splatoon 3 centric story, as opposed to the typical Splatoon 2 centric format. Figured may as well give some folks over in the Splatlands something to chew on while the plot of the first goes on. 2. Our lovely reader avatar is a human, as opposed to a cephalopod like in the first one. Always thought that angle of a Splatoon story was neat, may as well throw my hat into the ring right? I can't speak for the speed of this in relation to the first, as this is more experimental, but I hope your enjoy your vacation all the same. You will not be compensated. Also again, you're a guy. Will he manage to heal his old wounds, or will this town open up new ones? This is a short story of around 7-15 chapters. English is my second language, and I wish to improve my writing with this.
