What if izaya had a twin? Izaya is cunning, intelligent , manipulative, a little sadistic, and has a very teasing personality. While his twin Ikari is a little naive, kind, nervous, intelligent, and overall a pretty nice person in general. Much to everyone's shock. But what would happen is Ikari came back from a college in England and he has a little run in with Shizuo? And what if the 'new' Orihara was a lot more than everyone initially led on?

once again izaya was cought in one shinra's expiraments , but when shinra gives izaya a shot that turns him into a girl izaya is not happy and to make it worse is that shizou might find out that he is a girl, will shinra find a way to turn izaya back to his original gender? and how will shizou react?

He claims to love all of the human race except for one man shizuo Heiwajima who is known as the "strongest man" in ikebukuro he works as Tom tanakas body guard. He also is cool with most people as long as they don't cross him except for Izaya. They both claim to hate each other and are always fighting. Seemingly trying to kill each other. But what if Izaya and shizuo really don't hate each other. After all there equally powerful why haven't they managed to actual hurt each other yet? Well find out In this story about the damned flea and the amazing shizu-Chan!!

Nonetheless He loved the book. So this story is about johns daily life and the book he reads everyday. His new favourite book.

In the chaotic town of Ikebukuro, where gangs, an information broker, the strongest man, underground doctors and other strange occurrences are the norm, a special visitor comes to settle down in this interesting town. She pays a visit to family and a boyfriend. Which turns into more of a long term stay than she expected. Little did the town know both her, her boyfriend, their friends and family know how to raise some hell.

And the bartender with inhuman strength. Their stories happened to become intertwined. However, this is a very different story. This is about the disappearance of Izaya Orihara.
