It's my first Fanfiction and the pairing is Shizaya. I hope you like it.

In Japan, there is Tokyo. In Tokyo, there is the district of Ikebukoro. There is nothing normal about Ikebukoro. The informant who loves to meddle. The leader of a colourless gang longing for the extraordinary, and his ex-gang leader friend. The demon sword possessing a girl. The unlicensed doctor and his headless roommate. And the bartender with inhuman strength. Their stories happened to become intertwined. However, this is a very different story. This is about the disappearance of Izaya Orihara.

You are izaya's brother and your the only girl to not be intimidated by the raging bartender shizou hewajima (did I spell the name right?) So I'm not good at summaries so just read

What if izaya had a twin? Izaya is cunning, intelligent , manipulative, a little sadistic, and has a very teasing personality. While his twin Ikari is a little naive, kind, nervous, intelligent, and overall a pretty nice person in general. Much to everyone's shock. But what would happen is Ikari came back from a college in England and he has a little run in with Shizuo? And what if the 'new' Orihara was a lot more than everyone initially led on?

Izaya is on the brink of Insanity. Now what caused this you may ask? It's quite simple actually. You see Izaya was taken captive and let's just say bad things were done to him. That leaves a permanent mark. Somehow he escapes his capturers but that does not mean he's escaped the voices. What has become of this once sadistic and cocky informant broker? once again izaya was cought in one shinra's expiraments , but when shinra gives izaya a shot that turns him into a girl izaya is not happy and to make it worse is that shizou might find out that he is a girl, will shinra find a way to turn izaya back to his original gender? and how will shizou react?

What if shinra made a robot delic and if someone kissed it will fall for this person and izaya simmed to be lucky today :)

She pays a visit to family and a boyfriend. Which turns into more of a long term stay than she expected. Izaya orihara a powerful underground information broker. He gives out information for his own enjoyment but of course still gets paid. He claims to love all of the human race except for one man shizuo Heiwajima who is known as the "strongest man" in ikebukuro he works as Tom tanakas body guard. He also is cool with most people as long as they don't cross him except for Izaya. They both claim to hate each other and are always fighting. Seemingly trying to kill each other. But what if Izaya and shizuo really don't hate each other. After all there equally powerful why haven't they managed to actual hurt each other yet? Well find out In this story about the damned flea and the amazing shizu-Chan!!

Masaomi was gone, everyone else left, only Kyohei and Suburo were betrayed like him. Mikado stopped acting like himself, stopped being himself. When they all return they'll be in for a surprise. Izaya did not exist in the past before the plot took place
