High school was one thing but finding where life drags her as an adult is without question a wild and sometimes adrenaline filled ride.

He's known as a loner, delinquent, or most commonly- creep. Shizuo Heiwajima is a taller boy of the same age, who would have a booming social life if it wasn't for his anger issues. However, due to the aforementioned, he has only one companion who isn't afraid of him. Izaya Orihara consistently struggles with thoughts of what his life purpose may be. One day, he comes to a conclusion- there is none. He makes a decision. He is going to kill himself. Unfortunately, someone stumbles upon him. His greatest enemy, to be precise, sees him standing at the edge of the roof, with his shoes set down besides him. What will Shizuo do- and in the end, are all lives truly valuable, even when they make you hate your own?

High school au with the shizaya alternates. The main story is focused around Virus and Psychedelic but later chapters will include more of the others.

But something was different, it didn't sound like Izaya's normal mocking laughter but instead a laugh of a broken fool. "You hurt me Shizu-Chan, truly." Izaya said quietly on the other end. Shizuo's frown deepened, why did Izaya sound so sad? "Oi Flea, what's wrong?"

Shizuo is a human with abnormal strength who has a heart of pure gold, even though his temper sometimes gets out of control. Izaya is a cunning vampire who always repays people for helping him out or giving him blood, so they can't use him as blackmail later. Shizuo helps a passed-out Izaya and saves his life in the process. Izaya wants to repay Shizuo for saving his life by becoming his servant, but Shizuo doesn't think Izaya owes him in the slightest. The two eventually compromise, though Izaya's not pleased. "I'll become your servant, slave, pet, whichever one you prefer to call it, and I'll listen to all of your orders, no matter what it is, until I decide that my debt has been paid off." "No."
