This is a Shobio/Kagehina story! It's inspired and based on the song "Cloud 9" by Beach Bunny.

kageyama and hinata are happy. they are dating, in their third year, and all is well. they still share their competitive dynamic as always, but things take a turn when kageyamas volleyball skills start to deteriorate. they are both confused, but carry on as normal and graduate from karasuno. but, as the problems with kageyamas volleyball get worse, they find out the terrifying truth.
