This is a love story about Rukawa Kaede. Rukawa Kaede was someone who didn't care the others except one person who important in his life which be a beautiful red hair girl name Hikari Sakuragi. Kaede and Hikari were study a same school since the middle school. They were choose a same high school which be Shohoku High. Kaede actually have a feeling toward Hikari. What will Kaede do with his feeling? Will he confess his feelings to Hikari?

The story took place about a year after Akagi, Mitsui and Kogure retired, Shohoku Basketball Team is set to prepared themselves for making back into the Inter High again with the arrival of three new freshmen.

Akira Natsui, younger sibling of Akira Sendo who's actually the player of Ryounan High while Natsui studied at Shohoku High school & had to known the players of Shohoku especially the MVP of the team, Hisashi Mitsui. Mitsui knew that Natsui will be his own girl before other guys gets her attention, when it comes to love, Mitsui takes it seriously with no jokes or any silly games, he really takes it seriously. However, another player appears to make Natsui's heart beat fall for him & that guy is Shinichi Maki an Ace player of Kainan Auxiliary, which he might have the chance to win her heart. Making all of his efforts to make her for himself, making her happy whenever his team wins the game, but what if it really Natsui falls for Maki? Will it be them or ending up with Mitsui?
