Bill took over back in 1952 when he formed the cult of Ciphertology. when Stanley and Sixer were 5 Bill took them and gave them both a power. in 1999 when Pine tree and Shooting star were born, he took them and when they turn 5 gave them a power, well gave Shooting star a power, Pine tree has decided yet. The power Stanley chose was to grow his fist, he can only change the size of his fist, nothing else. Sixer chose to be able to go into parallel dimensions in any timeline, he can only go into parallel ones not any other type. Shooting star chose to be able to talk to animals, that doesn't mean they'll listen to her tho. Pine tree never chose a power, yet! Short, sad story.

What happens when you wish on a falling star? Why, an agent gets assigned to your case, obviously. Tracee Dixon has made her wish. Disclaimer: Okay, I just wanted to say that I totally found the idea for this on a repost of a Tumblr post on Instagram. I did not come up with this idea, but I did come up with the characters and storyline and everything else. Only the agent thingy is from Tumblr.
