Recently returned to surfing after her father's career-ending accident, Cora struggles with the pressure of competing on a short board for the first time. As Cora navigates the tight-knit surfing community, she finds herself drawn to Levi Temple, a skilled surfer with a reputation for traveling the world. Their rocky start slowly turns into a complex connection, all while Cora battles her insecurities and faces the ghosts of her father's past. Adding to the drama, Baxter-Summer's former flame and a talented surfer with his own unresolved issues-returns to Shorehaven. His presence stirs up old feelings and complicates the dynamics within the group, forcing everyone to confront their pasts and their futures.
