A boxer, about to take the first fall of his glittering career for more money than he's ever dreamed of. A slave, trying desperately to protect the one person he loves above all others, in a brutal system that is weighted against him. A beautiful prostitute who is eagerly awaiting a familiar face. An Indian slum child who dreams of a princess with stars in her hair. An innocent kid trying to make his way in the Wild West.
