Each story opens a different door: some evoke tenderness, others unease or fear, but all are crafted to surprise the reader.

"Alv-" he starts. I sink the blade into his abdomen. The movement is smooth, silent. He didn't see it coming. He leans forward, looking to support his body on me. The king his head on my shoulder. "This is the price, my lord. " I tell him as his coward soul leaves his body. ~ A short story.

Kim is a little boy who wants nothing but the acceptance and love from the people around him. One early morning, as he was hurrying to school his feet brought him into the palace where he had to accomplish a certain task that will help the people of the kingdom. On his journey, he will encounter a talking horse, a wicked witch and a dangerous dragon. Will he win the battle of goodness against evil? Will he prove to others that he is not a useless child? This is a story of adventure, fantasy and love which will mark the hearts of children, no matter how thin or fat they are.

Characters: - Lee Ji Eun - Kyle Park - Sung Gu (Kyle's bestfriend) - Yo Ri (Ji Eun's bestfriend) - Jae Min (Ji Eun's suitor) Ji Eun and Kyle were childhood friends. They met when Ji Eun was 8 and Kyle 9, and instantly became the best of friends. 2 years after their meeting, Kyle's family moved to the US due to his father's work. Since then, they've lost contact. 10 years later, Kyle returns to Seoul as a succesful photographer. Ji Eun on the other hand, runs her own coffee shop and is living her life peacefully. Will they be able to find each other again? Will fate be on their side this time?
