Quirk Babies. They weren't quiet known or accept, at least in the public view of Japan. Quirk Babies were made in a lab with at least two peoples DNA. But, because quirk babies weren't accept in the world because they were just seen as villainous, evil experiments.. And, They weren't like regular babies. Quirk babies were more prone to illness and death and they took up 5% of Japans Population. One day, The pro heroes: Present Mic & Erasermic had decided after so long that, they wanted a biological child.
