Shoto Todoroki realized what was wrong with the Hero System when he was eight years old. He realized that the heroes everyone looked up to were corrupt and greedy and not at all who he thought they should be. So when the time comes, he joins the league of villains to try and change the system. Shoto remained in his childhood home with the intention of making it into the prestigious hero high school UA as a mole. He was going undercover to recruit students for the league.
