this takes place after the coming of age ceremony (in the manga) so basically shouya goes to tokyo with shouko and they live in an apartment together

And after all this time. Of course, he wanted to make things right, and be her friend now. A girl and her bully, happily married a few years later. It had a nice twist, she thought. He was a nice guy, really. His good intentions shine brighter than anything else about him. Solemn, and kept to himself all the time.
