It all started with curiosity. But as Suzette Kimberly soon learns, curiosity killed the cat. This book is on my own thoughts, theroies, research and opinions on workouts nobody ever uses, workout structure, ideas and my own opinions. I have no claim to being a nutritionist, personal trainer or scientist. In this book they are my own ideas and thoughts. Some of you may agree or disagree but please bare in mind its only my opinion and my own research and what has worked for me. A boy and girl. Two people who have lost so much, but found love in each other. A short story inspired by the short film "Hello, Again" and song "Not About Angels" by Birdy.

Today was my grandfather's funeral. I wrote and read out this poem without the third verse in it because when my mum read it she burst into tears and asked me not to read it, but I've shared it here for one big reason. Grandad had alzheimers. I was talking to my sister about it afterwards and she said that there was no point in trying to hide that he had it. It is part of my memories of him. So I decided to share on here with you, if you want to read.

What is sexier than shoulders? Nothing. Proof is staring us in the face. I mean who hasn't heard of the hits, "Baby Got Shoulders" and "Ms.New Shoulder". We can't over look how the sexiest fashion show to ever exist has not once covered up any shoulders. (That is of course the Victoria Secrete Fashion Show). Plus, a sountherism for bra is over the SHOULDER boulder holder. What could be more functional and sexy? If all of that doesn't convince you that shoulders are the most sexy part of the body, then I present you with the most compelling piece of evidence; in schools girls are prohibited to wear any clothing that exposes their shoulders. To be fair, there is a good reason as to why schools have a dress code. It is to train children to dress professionally and it's obvious. If you scan a cafeteria, all the boys are wearing suits and ties. What a relief this story isn't about society and it's effects. That would be boring. No! This story is about shoulders. More specifically a pair of shoulders that belong to Lilah.
