Nezu first noticed him when Izuku was completing over double the work daily someone was advised to. Nezu flagged his profile, he thought he would burn out after a week at most. He was quite wrong. Izuku not only continued this pace, but accelerated even more. Nezu immediately wanted to meet this person who, according to his own online schooling, had an IQ of over 150.
