Zwłaszcza tak rzadkie choroby jak Hanahaki, inaczej znana, jako "Choroba kwiecistych płuc", czy też "Klątwa kochających". Do śmierci innych jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni, ale teraz Hinata będzie musiał poradzić sobie z własną, Kageyama ze śmiercią najlepszego przyjaciela, a ich rodziny z tym, że obu utracą bezpowrotnie. "I teraz obaj umrzemy, bo pokochałeś nie tę osobę, co trzeba..."
