Twilight and the girls of Canterlot High travel to New York to take on the Dazzlings who have allied with a mad man bent on revenge. The girls only hope to face the trio of sirens and their ally is in the form of four mutant turtles, their master, and their two human friends. (Ninja Girls Saga PART 1).

After escaping Oroku Saki's attack and leaving Japan, Hamato Yoshi goes to New York City and adopts not just four turtles from the store but a child from an adoption center orphanage. Ethan (the adopted son of Hamato Yoshi, now Splinter) must find his destiny within his new home and family while making new friends, facing enemies from Splinter's past and perhaps... find some love.

Their parents bought time for their children to escape, but at the cost of their lives in the Shredder's hands. 4 years after the girls, Penn's older brother Edward and Cassie's little twin siblings Tucker and Stacy defeated the Shredder to avenge their parents sometime before four mysterious ninjas killed him, the best friends moved on with their (somewhat) normal lives. Penn and Edward work for their high school best friend April O'Neil, who knew Penn and Cassie's secret of them being human mutants. Cassie fights crime at night with her powers as a masked vigilante called the Night Mistress similar to the Nightwatcher (who is actually a certain red-masked turtle), unaware to everyone but Tucker and Stacy. Jojo keeps herself busy with building inventions as a living after she graduated from college. Via goes to night clubs to have lots of fun, sometimes inviting her sister and teenage best friends to join her, while occasionally hosting kids' birthday parties. Although Penn is more content than her siblings and best friends, she couldn't but help wonder one thing: is there more than one mutant in New York City? What will happen when she meets one of the four mysterious ninjas, who turns out to be more than who he is? And what will happen when Cassie, as the Night Mistress, encounters the Nightwatcher and starts to find love in him?

After settling into their new home, Splinter ends up finding a crying baby lizard girl. As the Kraang hunt for the lost child, Splinter takes the child in and raises her as his own. But why do the Kraang want her so badly and what mysteries will the little will reveal? Well let's find out and see how everything goes for the turtles and the girl.

TMNT fighting to find a cure for the zombie apocalypse that happening in the new York, shredder manages to escape prison to get revenge then he goes to Baxter stockman they realesed a virus that unknown , the TMNT were to late to stop him, while they are patrolling to look for survivors they spot a man and a child corner with now way to run from the zombies , they were goind to jump into action into a zombie girl comes out off nowhere and rips apart the zombies, the man and the child where terrified while the turtles were surprised, the child comes up to the zombie girl and thank her.
