But, how would he adjust to the new life given to him? Will he be able to adapt into the competitive nature in this unknown environment? Is he truly free from his past? This is an AU I made for Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony where the people who died in the 53rd killing game wake up in a hospital bed outside of the game (and have all their memories from inside the game). The story starts off with Kaede living her life after the game. She is fighting a battle with depression and PTSD. But one day, she spots who she thinks is Shuichi in a crowd of people, and everything in her world changes. Once they reunite, they work together to try and find the rest of the students from the killing game- while dealing with their own demons. (I do not own anything or any of the characters except for this AU and the extras I put in the story, please don't come after me!!!) Warning! If you don't ship SaiMatsu or don't like SaiMatsu, you probably don't want to read this; I'm trying to avoid hate for my ships.
