Well, that's what happens when Kokichi gets the Despair Disease, he's honest and doesn't lie about anything!~ In this story Kokichi gets the Despair Disease and starts telling the truth, and can't lie about most things. You, the reader, will take the roll of Shuichi Sihara and you will try to get as much information out of Ouma as you can before he either dies or finds a cure.
