She is happy with her adoptive family even though her current family keeps secrets about her actual family causing her to stop questions at some point. Mayuka was always good with people and their emotions, she's intelligent and caring. It was a normal day at school when suddenly everyone disappeared and she's left alone with her best friend Akira. They find themselves in a world where they have to play deadly games to survive. One day they meet a young man who takes both of them with himself to 'the beach'. At that point Mayuka didn't know how much that guy would change her life. Being away from her parents brings the questions up again. Who is she really and why all the secrets? If that's not enough already, there are even more challenges for the girl. Betrayal, confusion, secrets.. Death.

They're trapped together in Borderland with no knowledge on how to escape.

This short fic of you and Chishiya goes along with the depicted storyline of Alice In Borderland. You two were smart enough to know that you cannot fall for someone HERE knowing VERY WELL that the other person might not even make it out alive or even remember you. But that didn't stop you two from giving it a try and having a little bit of love, for as long as you can, that is. What will you do when the time comes to go back for you to go back and you won't remember him anymore? Would he choose you or his life when it comes to it? Would you still go for him? Before landing in the borderlands Chishiya Shuntaro's life droned on endlessly. Peoples faces, places, and time blurred into one. With no regards for anyone else's life but his own. The meaninglessness of of it all began to eat his heart up, until there would be nothing left but an empty husk of a man. Until one faithful day his life would be put into the hands of Game Masters. He no longer sought an answer to his dread, it had found him. But that's not the only thing that found him. Someone else has followed him into the borderlands. What would he sacrifice in his quest for answers? or WHO?

In which Chishiya is taken to the Borderland and is reunited with his childhood best friend little sister, Maya Matsuda. Remembering the promise he made to his best friend. He does all that is necessary to protect Maya and for them to escape the Borderland. As they spend more time together surviving he starts viewing Maya differently. But what happens when Arisu shows up at The Beach and is reunited with Maya. Will Arisu get in the way of Chishiya acknowledging his feelings for Maya and admitting to her? Or will Arisu and Maya friendship turn into something more?

He took a deep breath and watched the stars twinkle, it was certainly a better sight to see than blood splattering and dead bodies falling. "Isn't it beautiful?" Aika questioned, "I'd like to admire these things more often, the things that made the world so beautiful. I believe we all took it for granted. I would do anything to be able to gaze out on nights like these." She added, simply continuing on with her rant. "Well you're doing it right now aren't you?" Chishiya questioned, propping his elbow up on the railing and staring at her. "Yeah, I suppose you're right." Aika agreed with a soft smile, her eyes moving along to watch every single star she possibly could. Chishiya removed his elbow from the white concrete railing and watched as the girl in front of him carefully gazed at the night above. The bright stars were seen twinkling in her eyes, and her lips looked more full than ever. Her hair danced along with the wind, flying in multiple directions. Chishiya's eyes kept making their way back to her lips, watching his breathing as it was being slowly taken away from the view in front of him. "Aika." Chishiya spoke, breaking the silence between them as if it were for the first time. He took a deep shaky breath, trying to comprehend the overwhelming amount of emotions. "Chishiya." Aika responded as she looked up into his pretty eyes like no other. He made his way closer to her, both of their hearts rapidly beating faster into one. Chishiya admired her features one last time before he closed in the space between them and pressed his lips against hers.

Y/n walks into a game with her close friends only to have to walk out alone, a souvenir of a card is what is rewarded '5 of hearts'. Walking the streets of Shibuya she spots a few people breaking into a convenient store only to feel a pair of eyes staring at her, looking towards the figure she sees two cat like eyes.
