She has no recollection of how she got there and remembers next to nothing about her past. As her days there proceed she starts experiencing strange delusions and nightmares until she cannot tell reality from dream. A doctor who claims to help her forces her to relive her traumas and she has to face horrors greater than she could have ever imagined. On her journey to escape, she cannot trust anyone, maybe not even her own mind.
