Drake is a reckless young Jedi in training who is driven into exile to a remote planet where he discovers a long-lost colony with a dangerous secret. With the help of his new friend Xar, Drake uncovers a growing dark side remnant and must prepare to face his relentless pursuers.

Part One of a five book Series. The Filibuster is Conor Destino's Manifesto. The rest of the series is done in through three perspectives. The second book will be a federal report. The third, called Friends will be from the perspective of two of Conor's friends. The fourth, called Histories, will look back a dozen years and lead up to right before the Filibuster. The final book, Giants, will be from the perspective of one of Conor's relatives.
