Throughout the seasons of the show, Ryan starts to feel attracted Shane, but Shane has a Girlfriend. Ryan doubts his chances, until one day, they have to go camping in a 'haunted' forest for a night. After they finished recording, things escalated; for the best, and the worst.

Shane Madej is an Olympic ice skater, winning gold every single year since he started when he was sixteen. He was also about twelve feet tall (six-foot-four), and had a smile that could shake the audience and swoon the judges. Ryan Bergara is the first male to go to the Olympics for the uneven bars. He's only twenty and he's got the whole gymnast team relying on him. He's a one-hundred and forty-five pounds, pint-size, father of twenty-seven-year-old Shane Madej because let's face it.
